Ordering

Online Ordering/Photo Galleries

Images displayed in the online galleries are low resolution and do not reflect the image quality of the actual prints.
Gallery images are intended as a guide to expression only.
Actual prints may vary, for example in subject framing. This will be affected by the size of the print ordered.
All print measurements are approximate.
Mounts may vary from those illustrated.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 7 working days.
All orders are sent by Recorded Delivery.   This is for your added security and to prevent photographs from being pushed through letterboxes, or left on doorsteps.
Prints are dispatched in board-backed envelopes, with ‘Please Do Not Bend’ clearly printed on them.
If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages.   This is to ensure that your prints are packaged in the safest way, for the combination of print sizes, which you have ordered.   There is no extra charge for this service.
Postage is charged at a flat rate of £2.95, per order.   Orders over £30.00 are offered postage free.

Copyright

DM Photography retains the copyright of all images. You are expressly prohibited from downloading images from this site, or any gallery belonging to DM Photography.
Photographs are supplied, solely, for personal use. They may not be copied, or used for commercial purposes, without the written consent of DM Photography.
DM Photography may display any photograph taken in its portfolio, website, advertising, display areas at events, slide shows, or competitions.

Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of photographic prints, and in line with the photographic industry in general, refunds are not normally given. Please, therefore, make your selections carefully.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and every care is taken to ensure that you are pleased with your prints.
In the unlikely event that you should receive a print, which has been damaged in transit, please contact us, before returning your print in the original packaging, for replacement.

Privacy

DM Photography is committed to protecting your privacy.
Online payments are handled by Google Checkout. Card details are not passed onto us.
Personal information will not be passed onto third parties.

Whilst all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the contents of this website, no responsibility can be taken for any error, or omission.
